Job Description
Sturbridge Commons Apartments is searching for a Fun, Outgoing, Polished, Professional, Creative and Smart, Leasing Agent to join our already incredible team.
You must demonstrate the ability to create an environment with high customer satisfaction through active listening and positive communication skills.
You will present our apartments and the amenities and the community in a positive, energetic way to all clients answering all questions regarding pricing, screening and the application processes. You will be overcoming objections and creating a professional relationship with each client from start to finish.
You must demonstrate strong sales with great closing abilities. You must be able to complete contracts accurately. Our leasing staff must and pay close attention to detail. Basic computer skills required, strong experience with social media is preferred.
We offer competative wages plus leasing and renewal / resident retention bonus programs.
We are looking for someone who is dependable and will be at work on time on their scheduled days; this is critical part of this position. You will be required to work weekends as needed Saturdays 10:00am to 5pm and Sundays 1:00pm to 5pm. Time off is granted during the week when you have worked weekends.
Prior Apartment Leasing experience is preferred however not required if you have strong sales and or customer service background.
Keep in mind this is a 12 week temporary position but who knows what can happen in 12 weeks!!!!
