The main responsibility of theProperty Manager is to ensure the overall financial performance of the propertywhile maintaining the physical asset through the following activities: - Ensure rentsare successfully collected - Maintain and grow occupancy of the property - Retain residents at a 55-65% or greater retention rate - Maximize income - Practice expense control and adhere to budget - Manage the property staff and ensure high performance - Any other responsibilities as assigned by Portfolio supervisor
