Job Description
Looking for contractors to clean, maintain, and secure vacant foreclosed properties in Lee/Russell/Chambers Areas and surrounding counties in Alabama. We work with many National Companies and HUD. Must be able to handle high workloads and perform within given time frames.
Contractors should know how to perform:
1. Trashouts, cleanouts, and debris removal
2. Lock changes
3. Grass cuts, hedge trimming, and *basic* landscaping
4. Pool/Hot Tub Securing
5. Boardups or Re-glaze windows
6 Modest repairs, inside and out.
7. White Glove Maid Services
8. Winterizations
Candidates should have the following equipment:
1. Truck and Trailer
2. Commercial Lawn Equipment (Weed Eaters, Shrub Trimmers, Blowers, Mower, Chainsaw, etc)
3. Cleaning equipment and supplies.
4. Generator and Water reserves.
5. All major tools to complete tasks at the property.
6.High Speed Internet capabilities to transfer and receive work.
Candidates should have useful knowledge of:
1. How use a digital camera on site to document work at a jobsite.
2. How to upload photos and documentation via the internet or E- Mail.
3. Familiar with zipping and unzipping files.
4. Have good knowledge of home repair costs to provide bids for property completion.
Must be able to provide current Insurance documentation for the company with coverage of $1,000,000 in liability, $1,000,000, in E and O, and Worker Comp if employing crews.
